@ayy I wouldn't consider thinking about how you spend your time to be a waste. This is how we learn so that we can make the most of our time, to make mistakes and learn from them. Stepping back to evaluate our priorities and values are important. On saying that, there is such a thing as too much thinking... if you only ever think rather than act upon the goals you set then it becomes a wasted effort.
