Garrett LeSage@ted People cared about the clock in the left quite a bit on the Internet. This happened a year ago, though. It was due to phones adopting notches.
As it's not possible to move the clock around without root, people stopped making a fuss over the course of a year.
Those who could root (and/or install a custom ROM) to change it, did. Those would couldn't move it went on to complaining about other things.
