My weight is creeping back up. I weighed in at exactly 199 lbs this morning. 200 lbs is a mental threshold for me. When I got under that point, things were great and I was much more energetic and had less back pain. As I creep back up on that number, energy is down (pain has mostly not come back, luckily). I need to get out of this funk...time to start running stairs, or something, now that the snow has melted, I think. Maybe I need to join a summer rec league?
