Making UN quota refugees sign a contract binding them to adhere to Norwegian values in order to grant them asylum.
These values include:
* Respecting the freedom of speech
* Adhering to the freedom of religion
* Raising children without spanking them
* Letting girls pick their own boyfriends
It's a physical social contract.
