This whole movement of "anti-COC" and "anti-SJW" is one of the worst things to happen to the free software/#FLOSS movement. What's the problem with being asked to not be abrasive to others? Some people act like #linux adopting their new COC was awful, but really, it just makes contributing to the project less emotionally draining.

Anyone who thinks that COC's are a serious issue needs to reevaluate why they can't simply act from the standpoint of "be kind to others".
