Dude. That literally makes you a Millennial. You're just near the lower birth year limit. I get what you mean. We grew up in the 1990s, sandwiched between the fall of the Berlin Wall and 9/11. It was an awkward but innocent time. MTV was dying, but the Internet wasn't big yet, and phones were dumb.
