Had my first Halifax-style donair. Wife wanted garlic fingers and didn't feel like making them at home, so we ordered from the newish east coast donair place, King of Donair. They do good garlic fingers and the Halifax donair was excellent. The pizza was just average.

They also offer the "Alberta donair" (as they call it), which has lettuce and cheese, and offends east coasters everywhere, but is a valid regional variation and I will fight you if you disagree Haligonians of Moosetodon. 😂
