    Lemon-Dijon Tofu and Potatoes

Trying this recipe tonight, but I'm using half the amount of paprika because, um, 2 tbsp of paprika is A LOT. I may sprinkle additional paprika on the finished dish if it's not quite tasting right, but I tasted the sauce before tossing the tofu and potatoes and it's pretty flavourful. 2 tbsp would have been too much, I think.

It was good and I would make it again. Even my wife, who is generally pretty lukewarm on most tofu dishes, enjoyed it. I made the right call by halving the paprika, though.

I suspect, if you wanted a carnivorous version of this dish, you could sub out the tofu for chicken with positive results.
