OneWeb, Starlink (SpaceX) and Amazon are all in the manufacturing/launch phase for their hundreds-of-satellites orbital constellations.
The practical impact is that in a few years most people in most countries will acquire the ability to use an american ISP.
This will have quite a large impact in various countries.
With electricity, some payment method and no govt jamming, internet worldwide
