tethre@paeneultima I'd say it depends a lot on context (tatoos, piercings, clothing) and colours (purple or green hair would definitely dampen the fashiness in my opinion), but then i also think that it's worth reclaiming certain clothes and hairstyles, so if you like it, go for it, and punch some nazis on the way!
