My wife and I watched some "Restaurant Impossible" (it's like bar rescue but for restaurants) at the hotel the other night and a typical story was like this:
A person has owned a restaurant for several years; this person does not cook, but they pay someone to do the cooking. The food is mediocre and basic, the restaurant is unpopular, and thus the person is losing money.
I do not understand why these people need help. They are just landlords with embroidered jackets
