Except in my view that is not at all the message, just appears to be to someone who has not studied the subject in a scholarly manner.

I had a 6 year old read my math book once. He too thought it was a simple book to understand, one that taught you how to draw pretty looking lines on a graph.

Not trying to be belittling here though.
