@ink_slinger I remember reading a claim that menus listing caloric content lead customers to order *higher calory* food. Some customers think that they get more by choosing higher calories.
I can imagine thinking that way myself, when I'm hungry.

@mpjgregoire Really? That's interesting. I guess it makes sense. I foolishly feel this way about alcohol sometimes. "Oh, this lower alcohol beer is the same price as the 7% ABV IPA? What a rip-off." Never mind that I typically don't drink to get drunk and, in many social situations, prefer lower ABV stuff because precisely because I can drink more *without* getting drunk. Human brains are weird.
