@garfiald oh, it's a well known fact. Before a university community of any kind can be established, a hairdresser for the given group needs to be there already.
This is why universities were founded in large cities, afterall. The hairdressers were already there.
I mean, look at the names. Harvard comes from "Hair-ward". Oxford was "Fox-cord", a name of a kind of a thin red ponytail.
The problem is that these xenophobes are blocking the hairdresser. So the guy is technically right!
