Alex@rtnVFRmedia Suffolk UKApparently the British film industry has a shortage of skilled workers (camera operators, skilled trades for set building) and is even trying to move away from the traditional nepotism which kept these jobs within certain families / communities.This may well be true - but skilled trade workers (especially outside London and SE) can often get full time secure salaried jobs with (fairly) sensible hours, rather than have to hustle for sporadic freelance work..
