A few days ago I received an e-mail from a payment service provider which was very hard to read on a mobile device because the font was really small

After alerting them about this they’ve now told me that it’s too difficult to build emails that are readable on the desktop as well as on the mobile and therefore they just adjust the size of everything in the e-mail in relation to the display (which leads to terribly small text on smartphones)
