@bob this exact scenario is what has led many people to embrace Linux. They have asked me to sort out their computer due to malware/virus etc, I install a Linux distro and they seem happy with it and even happier when I tell them they don't need to pay for a Computer Virus Protection package. Keep on screwing up m$!
