Adam@galacticstone I'm pretty sure we get charged for ambulance rides in Canada, too, even though we have socialized medicine. It's kinda wild what isn't covered if you don't have employer health benefits: ambulances, medicine...if you can get to the doctor, they'll see you for free and write a prescription...that you can hopefully afford to fill since the doctor's visit didn't cost anything...
Still better than the US, obviously, but kinda sad for a "socialized" medical system.
