My brother freaked out on my girlfriend a year ago and sent her an incredibly hateful text because he was irrationally upset with me. He was obviously drunk and in a bad place mentally.

Now he just freaked out on my best friend who was living with him but just moved out because my brother went nutso and started calling him a sociopath and saying he needs to go to AA and all this shit.

It scares me and I dont know how to deal with it :(
