So here's something I kinda want. A small tool, maybe I can write it myself in Javascript, because I'm not sure a personal wiki even can do it:

When I'm reading a book, a paper, an online page: I would like to note into a database what it is, who wrote it, etc... and then, as I'm reading, note all the people or organizations or significant terms that are mentioned in it, with a short set of relationships.

Then I can trace the network of associations.
