Just spoke to my dad. He lost his job and is being evicted from his current apartment. He's looking for work and a place to stay or store his things in the Roswell, Alpharetta, or Sandy Springs area outside of Atlanta.

For work he has experience as a mechanic and salesman and has done a lot of odd jobs over the years.
