Don Romano 🍹It bugs me that most spellcheckers don't handle compound words. In English, compound words such as "raindrop" or "girlfriend" are used sparingly. In the Scandinavian languages, we invent new ones every day. No dictionary could ever encompass them all. What I would like to see is a spellchecker that will handle any compound word you throw at it, so long as the constituent parts exist in the dictionary.
