    @alchemyjones Well lucky for us, humans could not feel the earthquake that far away, but you could still observe the effects such as conference room equipment shaking and vibrating slightly. Animals can certainly detect it.

    But its the actual wafer processing equipment that is super sensitive. It doesn't take much vibration at all (below the ability for humans to detect naturally) to trip seismic sensors and shut things down.
