    @semordnilap I mean, sure if your ISP blocks the BitTorrent protocol, or you intend to do some not-legal or quasi-legal things, a VPN or proxy are good. But I'm just seeding some Debian ISOs, so who cares?

    Besides IP address shielding doesn't work IMO.
