    anyway MRF/MRF2 are boring compared to Federation Policy Hooks which will be a complete federation policy engine for granting OCAP capability tokens once we have an adaptation ready.

    federation policy hooks will allow for all sorts of automation for federation policy: open federation, closed federation, friends-of-friends federation, conditional endorsement-based federation, etc.

    like MRF before it, federation policy hooks will continue the philosophy of providing admin convenience in their task of keeping their communities in line with the goals and stated policies they have put in place.
