I've had a few people report now that notifications aren't working, and it's been because the push subscription has disappeared on the server side. If this happens to you, logging out and back in again will fix it.

I'm making Toot! actually check if this happens and handling it automatically for the next version, though, so this is only needed if you're having this problem right now.
