maloki 🍵@marcus @zatnosk One of the things we'll be looking to do is cooperate more with the whole Fediverse (ie all the other implementations of AP) in order to be as cross-compatible as possible (where possible).
We are, for now, staying connected with Upstream Masto, but may cherry pick out changes that this (Florence) community really doesn't actually want.
We are however not foreign to the idea of a hard-fork further down the line.
