At the risk of being labelled a denier, my answer is not much at all. I'm probably one of the "greenest" people that will respond to your question having lived entirely off the grid on solar and wind energy. The hottest summer I've ever endured was in 1980. No summer since has come close. Al Gore said 20 years ago that by now, our lives would be severely impacted by climate change. They haven't. He was horribly wrong. Overstating the impact of human activity has damaged the cause.
