I think I may have a bit of SPD in addition to the ADHD. As with the ADHD, it has become less pronounced with age.

When I was younger, I was very very particular about the textures of foods and fabrics, and my reflexes weren't very good.

As an adult, I continue to hate crowds (going to the mall is exhausting) and I'm sensitive to noise around me.

The noise sensitivity seems to get amplified by the ADHD medication I'm taking at the moment. I get very irritated by noises around me.
