Did a 45km cycling trip yesterday to purchase mangoes and watermelons from a shop 20 km away. I used my panniers and my trekking back to carry the fruits. It was a great trip and not feeling as tired as I was during my last trip. I took conscious effort to not strain myself when cycling against the south west monsoon winds. #cycling
