Ooh, I've never tried a Gesha varietal before!! Probably going to try a couple of Aeropress brews of this before moving on to pourover just because I'm way more familiar (and confident in the ability to explore flavour space) with the former method.
About a week and a half past roast date so I need to get on that ASAP.
