Jezza™@brandon What about some respect for the people who created and coded it initially, and found "Gimp" to be a funny name? The name hasn't been a problem for the last 23 years, it was probably referencing the caricature in the film "Pulp Fiction" which was contemporary to its development.
This is a tempest in a teapot that isn't helping anyone, but looks quite silly, and a bit pompous.
