Yep, but budget in the realm of tech, among the most informed users and sales/hype/review websites tends to see a-fuckin'-grand as cheap lol.

I'm aware of the Samsung Galaxy A10.1 (2019 version) but am unsure if there's a non-major brand copy of that hardware that works just as well.
