From today anyone in the UK can request their phone's PAC code from their network and they are obliged to provide it immediately.
Text PAC to 65075 and they are supposed to text you your PAC code within the same minute (but in reality it might take 5-10mins to arrive).
I just tried it with EE and they sent my PAC code back after about 5mins, valid for 1 month.
