imagine a day comes that facebook employees somewhere, not even necessarily the USA, get a majority vote on unionization and recognition from the local labor board. facebook refuses to bargain with the union, so in solidarity with the union, a mass walkout of tens of thousands of employees across the world accompanies coordinated downtime: a cadre of key individuals change necessary passwords, flip necessary switches, to turn facebook dot com into a smoldering 404 for 1 hour -- just to remind them who punches the keys for god's sake 😉 ✊
