Mike, First of His NameA variation I wanted to try. Raspberry jelly instead of orange to improve the colour, almond flakes and meal to make a more distinct base, and a few era-appropriate additions like whipped cream from a can and glace cherries.
It didn't separate like I hoped and combined poorly, maybe due to the silicon mould, since I didn't have a proper jelly mould and wanted a ring.
Looks better but the annoying part is the orange one tasted a lot better.
