@TheGibson Do they say posture these days? To me 'position' would have less of the taint of 'pose' posture does.

I'm not sure how many non-CTOs will follow it, particularly pp.2.

Seems a bit more like a flyer than a mission statement. Like the idea of the services offered, but not sure such a detailed listing of them lives in the mission statement. I was taught a mission statement should be good for at least 10 years.
