I'm curious to try lion's mane mushroom for its putative anti-anxiety properties. I ordered some mycelial culture to grow out, but in the meantime I also bought a commercially prepared extract and made 100 capsules. I just took one, to make sure it doesn't upset my stomach or cause an allergic reaction. If I'm all clear tomorrow I'll probably bump up to 3 per day (~415mg each) and see if I notice any effect.
