Brian ÓI've decided to try growing Lion's Mane, but first I figured I'd try to fruit this gnarly old shiitake block I've had sitting on a shelf for the last 8 months. It's twin didn't fruit way back when and I never got around to trying this one. It still looks alive (shiitake is supposed to turn brown like this), so I'm giving it a go.
