Sam the Octopus@scoots I've heard stories of some places where they don't actually have anything a bunch of entirely untrained westerners can usefully do so when one mission comes they say "oh, we really need a wall built over there" and when the next one turns up they say "we really need that unsafe wall demolished" in a constant cycle
