    Possibly an ignorant question: do you think there's much chance of an extended power outage that doesn't also knock out your data connection? I guess I thought data usually went down too.

    Also, are following the Upside project? https://gitlab.com/esr/upside It's an open hardware UPS—it's not anywhere near ready, but could be a solution in a few years
