Brian ÓToday I prepped the next round of mushroom crop. I inoculated two half-pint jars of sterilized bird seed with lion's mane mycelia and one pint jar with shiitake. Once fully colonized, these will in turn be used to inoculate 5 pound hardwood sawdust blocks from which the actual mushrooms will grow. Next up: waiting!
