@lain @lain yeah, that was basically my point. while there are many reasons blocking gab might be a good decision for a community, having a high profile fediverse project default-block gab just plays into gab's narrative. in other words, it helps gab while giving us basically nothing of value in return, as the people who want to block gab in their communities are going to do so regardless.
