Thus it was, set my meds to what my nurse said they should be (she's awaiting the results of her prescribing nurse MA) and then gave me a perfectly insulting, ageist and useless pep talk. As many pdocs do he gives you a different list of important things to do depending on how he feels. He never remembers them.
