   talking about eco-footprint initiatives at work makes me so ... annoyed... at people

   "why aren't people composting"

   because they're LAZY

   "why are people using paper plates instead of actual reusable dishes, which we provide"

   because people can't be bothered to open put plates in a dishwasher, so much easier to throw things in the trash

      because we don't have enough dishes for hundreds of people.

      "well, why can't we just rely on people to wash their dishes when they are done so somebody else can use them again within a short period of time"

      😶 sure, sure. people who can't be bothered to put things in the compost will totally wash dishes
