   I got to watch a human cub stand for the first time under its own power and balance in my living room today.

   just sat on the floor, stood smoothly up onto two feet, looked around for a few seconds, and then sat firmly on the butt.

   just that little bit of progress is world changing and takes thousands of unsuccessful attempts without even really understanding the goal or how to get there.

   go easy on yourselves, cubs.

   you can do it.

   you have before, time and again.

   stumble on.
