Hund@OpenComputeDesign Regular common parts. Just don't overclock it, keep it decently cool and get a good power supply. You never go cheap on the power supply.
Buy whatever's popular and I'm sure you'll find parts for it 10 years later. :)
My two computers are 8 and 11 years old. The only issues so far is I had to replace the disks, faulty memory stick and a dead power supply. I got a brand new power supply thanks to the 5 year warranty though.
