peanut BOO and katethe best piece of early work advice i got was "own your mistakes and apologize even if you don't think you did anything wrong" and like yeah sometimes that feels sucky bc power differentials and all that but even when you're just working with peers or collaboratively it always always always looks better to apologize than to get weird about it
