@esureL No. You live in a rural area because, like, your family always lived there, you have property (like, a farm, a house, ...) there that you aren't able to sell because it doesn't have a substantial value and becomes less attractive with each bit of (public) infrastructure that disappears, and likewise you can't afford to move to a city, given the current living situations, prices for rents, availability of appartments or even houses.
