The police user manual for Palintir (the extremely creepy surveillance system that Peter Thiel is involved with) has been leaked

Remember when the same creepy spies proposed 'Total Information Awareness' back in 2003 but the Internet got really angry and so they stopped and never did anything like that again? And then they also didn't outsource it to good ol American capitalism, and the Internet didn't cheer them right along. And so this didn't happen. I remember that.

Also remember how although Republicans run the federal US government, the state of California is run by the US Democratic Party, who are very left-wing and opposed to draconian police powers and would NEVER go along anything like this. Ever. Absolutely never.
